As a client of B&E Productions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our services and products. Retention of right to change offering

Warranties & responsibility for services and products
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. You acknowledge that the services and products we provide are subject to the inherent limitations of the medium and the equipment used to produce them. You assume full responsibility for the use of our services and products and agree to indemnify us for any losses or damages arising from such use.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
All content produced by B&E Productions is owned by us and may not be reproduced or used without our permission. You agree to grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your brand and content for the purpose of producing the services contracted by you.
Right to suspend or cancel client account
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account at any time without notice if you violate any of the terms of this agreement. We will not be liable to you or any third-party for any suspension or termination of your account.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold B&E Productions and its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services and products.
Limitation of liability
B&E Productions will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or products. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid us for the services or products provided.
Right to change and modify Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. You agree to be bound by the most recent version of these Terms as posted on our website.
Preference of law and dispute resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our services or products shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA).
